Khandala
Khandala is at a distance of 70 km from Pune. It is located at top end of bhor ghat. It is one of famous hill station around Pune. There are lots of dams, caves & forts in and around Khandala. One can reach to khandala by bus or train. It will take 2 hrs to reach from Pune.

Mahabaleshwar
Mahabaleshwar located in the western ghat range. It is about 120 km from Pune. Source of krishna river start from mahabaleshwar.It is one of the popular holiday resorts in Maharashtra. The Venna lake is the famous spot in Mahabaleshwar. One can go to Mahabaleshwar by train. It took almost 3 hrs to reach to hill station from Pune. Nearest Airport is Pune about 120 km  away from here.

Panchgani
Panchgani is located near Mahabaleshwar and about 20 km from Mahabaleshwar. It is also one of the most visited holiday destination in Maharashtra . It is around 100 km  from Pune. Panchgani is between five hills in the Sahyadri mountain range and Krishna river will flow nearby. Matheran Matheran
It is in Western ghats and located in Raigad district. It is almost 800 m above sea level. Distance from Pune is nearly 120km. At here vehicles are not allowed as it has been declared eco sensitive region by Government makes it different from other. Main attraction of Matheran is toy train which runs slowly and covered scenic view of matheran. One can go upto Khopli in Mumbai  expressway and after that it is 18 km from there

Lonavala
Lonavala is a hill station in Pune district. It is around 64 km from Pune .It is also famous for its chikki. It is adjacent to khandala which is other popular hill station for puneities. It was discovered on 1871 by Sir Elphinstone. There are many caves in Lonavala few names as Karla caves, bhaja caves etc. To reach Lonavala various taxis operate from Pune. It is on the Mumbai - Pune expressway. It is nearly 622 m above sea level.
